We continue to work on all our current cases and to assist our long-term clients and new clients as well. We are now conducting our meetings by telephone or teleconference. Remember, there is no testamentary document signing, witnessing or notarizing by email until JULY 2020 per our Florida Laws. So, we are the only trust and estate law firm in Palm Beach county offering curbside document signing, witnessing, and notarizing services. We recommend that you take advantage of scanning, emailing, or faxing us your documents when possible. We can also send encrypted copies of completed tax returns and e-file signature forms to complete the tax filing process. Our dedicated team is here to answer any questions that you might have about these unique circumstances.
