A trustworthy advocate, she has received the highest rating (“AV”) from the premier attorney rating service, Martindale Hubbell, and earned the distinction of becoming Florida Bar Board Certified in the practice areas of Wills, Trusts and Estates.

She is the Co-Chairman and Founder of the Guardianship Education Committee of the Palm Beach County Bar Association, a member of the East Coast Estate Planning Council, the Martin County Estate Planning Council, the Probate and Guardianship Law Committee of the Florida Bar Association, as well as the Probate Practice Committee of the Palm Beach County Bar Association. Her tireless efforts and thoughtful leadership captured the attention of the Governor, who appointed her to the Judicial Nominating Commission, Fifteenth Judicial Circuit.

A sought-after lecturer, Rebecca also co-authored a book with her husband titled “Death & Taxes, The Complete Guide to Family Inheritance Planning.” The book is a valuable resource for legal and tax professionals serving as a guide for comprehensive estate planning and wealth management.
