Laurie D. Nelson, Esq. joined Doane & Doane, P.A. in 2019. Ms. Nelson has extensive experience in developing estate plans and administering complex estates and trusts. Before joining the firm, she was an attorney with Gunster, Yoakley & Stewart, P.A. for over two decades and practiced at several boutique trusts and estates firms in Palm Beach County. Her areas of expertise include estate planning, probate & trust and estate administration, guardianships, and real estate.

Ms. Nelson is a member of the Real Property, Probate & Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar.

Although she was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, Ms. Nelson has called South Florida home for many years. She is married with two children and lives in Palm Beach. Ms. Nelson is an active member of Christ Fellowship Church and enjoys spending time with family and staying physically active.
